Not at all. Phase Fit is designed to support beginners who feel unsure where or how to start. Helping you build confidence from day one.

Month 1 includes 2 in person sessions weekly to build confidence, learn technique and create strong foundations.

Month 2 transitions into 1 in person session weekly, alongside a personalised programme and ongoing support.

Month 3 onwards, coaching becomes fully online, giving you the confidence to train independently while still receiving guidance, accountability and support throughout your journey.

Ultimately your plan is built around your lifestyle and schedule to make fitness realistic and sustainable.

After signing up, I will be in contact with you personally to start onboarding to ensure everything is tailored to you specifically. Including goals, lifestyle, diet and experience level.

Which is why you are fully supported and guided to make you feel as comfortable as possible in overcoming any hurdles you face.
The coaching is designed to help you feel more at ease, confident and capable at your own pace.

Everyone progresses differently, and there are a few factors to take into consideration. With consistency in training, nutrition and habits you will start to see small changes after 4 weeks.
