PHASE FIT COACHING METHOD
The Phase Fit Method is a beginner-focused coaching programme combining in-person and online support to help you build confidence, consistency and independence in the gym, without extreme fitness culture or overwhelming routines.
This programme is designed for people who want guidance, structure and support while learning how to train properly and sustainably.
Whether you’re completely new to the gym, struggling with confidence, or feeling overwhelmed by where to start, the Phase Fit Method helps simplify fitness through step-by-step coaching tailored to you.
HOW IT WORKS
PHASE 1 - FOUNDATION
Weeks 1–4
Your journey starts with two in-person coaching sessions per week, where you’ll learn:
- Exercise technique and form
- Gym confidence
- How to structure workouts
- How to train safely and effectively
- Realistic nutrition habits
- Building routine and consistency
You’ll also receive:
- Nutrition guidance
- Accountability support
- Direct messaging support 24/7
The goal of this phase is to help you feel comfortable and capable in the gym from the very beginning.
PHASE 2 - BUILD
Weeks 5–8
As your confidence grows, coaching transitions into one in-person session per week while continuing your personalised support.
This phase focuses on:
• Building independence
• Progressing your workouts
• Improving consistency
• Learning how to confidently train alone
• Creating long-term sustainable habits
You’ll receive:
• Beginner independent training programme
• Accountability
• Nutrition support
• Messaging support 24/7
PHASE 3 - EVOLVE
Weeks 9–12
This phase transitions into fully online coaching, allowing you to continue progressing independently while still receiving guidance and support.
This phase includes:
• Personalised workout programming
• Ongoing support
• Progress reviews
• Programme adjustments
• Accountability check-ins
Following the initial 12-week Phase Fit Method, coaching continues through a reduced-rate rolling monthly membership designed to support long-term progress and consistency.
THIS ONGOING PHASE INCLUDES:
• A personalised monthly workout programme
• Exercise progressions and updates
• Continued accountability
• Online coaching support
• Guidance when needed
The goal of the Phase Fit Method is not to make you rely on a coach forever, it’s to help you build the confidence and knowledge to train independently for life, while still having support available as you continue your journey.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU PURCHASE
-Initial consultation call: talk through goals, confidence levels, gym experience and where you feel currently stuck. This allows me to understand exactly where you're starting from, allowing an even more personalised experience from the start.
-Next we complete onboarding where you receive everything you need in order to get started with those sessions!
-Book in your first 1-1 in person session, this is where we begin building your confidence in the gym step-by-step through the Phase Fit Method.
