Phase Fit is for whatever phase of life you're in.
Whether you're completely new to training, you've fallen out of your routine, you want some direction with what you're doing, or you simply need the accountability to stay consistent, you don't need to be at a certain level to start.
Whatever your age, experience or starting point, the focus is on meeting you where you are and helping you move forward from there.
A REALISTIC APPROACH TO FITNESS
Phase Fit was created to make training feel simpler and more manageable.
I don't believe you need to train every day, give up the foods you enjoy or make fitness the centre of your life to make progress. Your training should work around your life and be something you can realistically maintain.
KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE
There's a lot of conflicting information around fitness, and it's easy to overcomplicate what you're supposed to be doing.
Phase Fit focuses on the things that matter: good training, clear structure, steady progression and consistency. My aim is to make women feel good in their bodies, lift confidently and see changes physically and mentally.
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
When I first started training I had no idea what I was doing, my confidence was at an all time low and I had an unhealthy relationship with food, barely eating enough to get through the day. I had a lot to learn. So, over time I started training in a way that was sustainable for me and allowed me to see the progress I had wanted for so long. Now I want to help women feel good about themselves and train confidently with the help I so wish I'd had at the start.
